We will usually be pleased to offer an informal and without obligation initial appraisal of your proposals to try and help you identify if the Act applies to the works in question. It is often necessary for us to have copies of the plans and sections, along with a site plan showing the relationship with the neighbouring buildings and boundaries.

Our fees are usually charged by reference to an hourly rate, plus VAT and disbursements, such as plan copying, along with travel and parking expenses depending upon the location of the works.

For straight forward local matters we may be able to agree a fixed charge.
